Big Data Center Development

Build and refine foundational, thematic, and specialized databases related to urban governance, achieving cross-regional, cross-departmental, and cross-level data resource integration.

Data Service Middle Platform

Collect, compute, store, and process massive datasets to form standardized data; develop general algorithm engines based on facial recognition, image recognition, and voice recognition; and construct shared public components for service openness, application access management, and data visualization. These capabilities provide common support for the socialized development and utilization of public data.

Supporting Platforms

Establish a geographic information platform to facilitate data resource aggregation and sharing based on geospatial data. Build 3D spatial baselines and realistic 3D model base maps, promoting real-scene 3D city construction. Using the government extranet and existing public security sensing networks as the backbone, create an IoT perception network that integrates the Internet, industry-specific networks, and other infrastructures, connecting dynamic perception data from across the city in a hierarchical manner. Leverage smart security community projects to drive the construction of smart communities, parks, streets, and buildings, providing data support for the City Cloud Brain. Develop a citywide video surveillance resource exchange and sharing platform to consolidate and connect all surveillance video resources.
